How to order

Four easy steps for ordering your tokens.

1. Send us the following information by e-mail :

• Your choice of material, see material and dimensions;
• Your choice of dimensions (see material and dimensions);
• The quantities desired;
• Whether you would like to personalise one or two sides (if so, please send a sketch/lay-out/logo), or choose from our selection of standard logos (see pdf standard logos).

2. You will receive :

• A quotation/order confirmation with the layout for approval or to request changes,
  with both sides shown at full size.

3. Approval :

• After approving the layout and confirming the order, your order goes into production;
• Your order will be ready within approx. 3 weeks; after which he invoice will be sent out.

4. Payment :

• Pay for your order: by bank transfer;
• Pay for your order: C.O.D.;
